TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. TERMS OF SERVICE
By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
We provide WordPress repair, support, and development services as described at the time of booking.
You are responsible for providing accurate login credentials and project details before work begins.
All communication will be conducted via email unless otherwise agreed.
Work will not begin until any agreed upfront payment has been received.
We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our scope or violate ethical or legal standards.
2. WORK AGREEMENT SUMMARY
This section outlines how we typically structure payments and delivery:
Small Jobs (< £100)
100% payment required upfront.
No refunds once work has begun, except in cases where the issue cannot be resolved.
Medium Jobs (£100 – £1000)
50% upfront payment before work begins.
Remaining 50% due upon completion and before site changes are made live.
Large Projects (£1000+)
30% deposit to begin work.
40% after milestone progress (e.g., staging site or development checkpoint).
30% due upon final delivery, before live deployment or handover of access/files.
All work is performed on a staging or cloned environment where possible. Final changes are only applied to your live site once the full payment has cleared.
3. REFUND & GUARANTEE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with our work, while also protecting the time and effort invested in each project. Here’s how we handle refunds and guarantees:
Refunds
Refunds are not automatically granted and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be issued after completed work has been delivered or migrated to your live site, unless we fail to meet the agreed scope of work.
For hourly work or troubleshooting, time spent is billable even if the issue cannot be resolved — unless this was clearly promised in advance.
Guarantees
We guarantee the job will be completed as described in our written agreement or scope.
We will fix any bugs or missed items within 7 days of delivery, provided they fall within the original job scope.
We do not guarantee performance, SEO, or results outside the specific repair or development task agreed.
Disputes
If a client initiates a chargeback or refuses final payment while still using the delivered work, we reserve the right to remove, disable, or report unauthorized use.
We strongly encourage communication before initiating any dispute — we’re happy to resolve issues professionally and fairly.
